14. The DiskFan® has a separate pull chain switch for the 2 to 8 lamps when they are installed.
15. The DiskFan®'s light fixture base and fitters are made from heavy spun aluminum. The ceiling fan frame is made from heavy polycarbonate plastic. The resilient motor support and suspension system are made from electro-galvanized steel.
16. The DiskFan®'s light fixture has standard 2.25 inch fitters for the installation of standard glassware. The individual lamp sockets are rated at 60 watts maximum for incandescent or compact fluorescent lamps.
17. Glassware for the 2.25 inch light fitters are available from this Company as well as many light fixture stores.
18. There are no propeller blades on the DiskFan®  to cause the light output to flicker as occurs with the obsolete propeller ceiling fans.
19. The DiskFan® is UL listed and labeled.
20. The DiskFan® requires a 115 volt 60 cycle power source. The current for the DiskFan® motor is 0.7 amps. The maximum current with 8 lamps is 4.6 amps.
21. The DiskFan®'s noise level at 6 feet at full speed is 49.4 dba and 46.6 dba at 80% of full speed.
22. The DiskFan® extends down from the ceiling 8.2". The top base of the ceiling fan at the ceiling has a diameter of 15.7". The outside diameter of the fixture glassware is approximately 26.2".
