TERMS & CONDITIONS

The customer must pay for the DiskFan®’s, glasswares and replacement parts with a credit card at the time of purchase. Special contract arrangements can be made with E.F Cook & Associates, Ltd to order and pay for the DiskFan®’s, glassware and replacement parts for larger orders. Approved orders can not be cancelled or rescinded after the DiskFan® assembly is started. Custom built DiskFan®’s can not be returned. Glassware and replacement parts can be returned, new and unused, properly packaged in the original cartoons, with shipping prepaid by the buyer. Refund amounts will be the original cost of the returned parts less a restocking and handling fee of 25%.
