DiskFan® LIMITED WARRANTY

The manufacturer of DiskFan® MODEL R-7, E.F.COOK & ASSOCIATES, LTD. (EFCA), warrants to the original user against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for one year after date of purchase. This warranty does not extend to any product or damage to a product caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse misuse, improper or abnormal usage or repairs not provided by EFCA. No other warranty beyond that specifically set forth above is authorized by EFCA.

Many states and localities have codes and regulations governing sales, construction, installation, and/or use of products for certain purposes. Review the product application, and national and local codes and regulations, and be sure that the product, installation, and use will comply with them.

EFCA shall no be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages from the sale or use of the product. This disclaimer applies both during and after the term of this warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have legal rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
