SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. The DiskFan®, fixture glassware and parts are shipped by UPS ground as soon as the custom manufactured DiskFan® is assembled. When a customer places an order, they will be notified of the scheduled manufacturing date by email. When the order is shipped they will be notified of the shipping date. No custom DiskFan® order can be cancelled after the day before the scheduled manufacturing date.
2. All shipping costs are paid by the customer using the credit card authorization provided by the customer when the order was placed.
3. The customer credit card payment will be made on the actual day of manufacturing the custom DiskFan®.
4. The customer credit card payment will be made on the actual day of packaging the fixture glassware and/or special parts for shipment.
