DISKFAN Return Policy:

  1. A single Diskfan can be returned to the manufacturer if it does not satisfactorily meet the needs of the buyer within thirty days upon receiving. When the buyer wants to purchase more than one DISKFAN, the buyer should first purchase one unit to see if it meets the buyer's requirements. After the buyer has determined that the DISKFAN is satisfactory, the buyer can then purchase all of the DISKFANS required.
  2. The buyer must notify the manufacturer that they want to return the DISKFAN for a refund and receive a “refund number” before returning the DISKFAN. The DISKFAN must be returned un-damaged in the original shipping carton for a full refund. Damaged returned DISKFANS will have the cost to repair deducted from the purchase price of the DISKFAN. The buyer must pay the cost of the shipping charges and insurance for the return of the DISKFAN.
  3. The DISKFAN must be re-packed in the original corrugated cardboard carton using each of the foam blocks and corrugated sheets and the plastic bags. Place the 20”x 20” x 1/2” foam board on the bottom of the box. Place the 20”x 20” x 1 1/2” foam board with the 8 1/4” hole over the 1/2” foam board. Take the duct cap cover off of the DISKFAN duct and insert the two 1 1/2”x 2 1/2” x 6 1/4” foam blocks between the fan motor and the cap cover and refasten the cap cover into place. (The motor must be blocked to prevent damage during shipment.) Take the DISKFAN to be packaged with the Guard Grill attached and the fan motor held in place by the foam blocks and duct cover and set it carefully into the 8 1/4” hole in the bottom foam board. Place the 4” x 6” polyethylene bag containing the fittings between the 2 foam filter packages and wrap with 1/8” polyfoam and tape. Insert the package in the carton adjacent to the DISKFAN. Place the 20”x 20” x 1 1/2” foam board over the top of the DISKFAN Place the specified Ceiling Protection Plate on the top surface of the 20”x 20” x 1 1/2” foam board and tape it down with 2 pieces of 2” sealing tape. Turn 1/4” of the tape back against the adhesive surface so it can more easily be removed from the metal plate. Spread the Installation Instructions and the other documents evenly over the metal plate. Place a 20”x 20” corrugated pad sheet over the metal plate. Fold the inside 2 top panels closed and tape them with an 18” piece of 2” sealing tape. Fold the outside 2 top panels closed and tape the box top joint with the 2”x 2.5 mil sealing tape with 3” extending over each side.

GLASSWARE Return Policy:

  1. GLASSWARE purchased for the DISKFAN can be returned to the manufacturer if it does not meet the satisfaction of the buyer within thirty days upon receiving.
  2. The buyer must notify the manufacturer that they want to return the GLASSWARE for a refund and receive a “refund number” before returning the GLASSWARE. The GLASSWARE must be returned un-damaged in the original shipping carton for a full refund. Damaged or broken GLASSWARE will not receive a refund. The buyer must pay the cost of the shipping charges and insurance for the return of the GLASSWARE.
  3. The GLASSWARE must be re-packed into the original corrugated cardboard carton. Each piece of glassware must be separated using the foam sheets so there is no glass to glass contact. The nested glass must be wrapped with the corrugated wrap sheet and taped. The wrapped glassware is placed into the shipping carton and the foam blocks are inserted into both ends to fill the end spaces. Then the shipping carton is closed and taped securely. Crushed newspaper can be used to fill any voids in the carton.
